Onboarding of client project: I had a great time working on a client project, since it was a complex project to start with, and there were various new things related to the “Telecom” domain, which I learned from that project. We had many late nights during the initial phase of that project, and I was able to implement the Route-Based Route cards, Mediation, Payment Gateway Integration, etc. Yearly team Lunch / Dinner: I had some good memories from the yearly dinners and parties.

The best memory is SARATHI, because it is my first organization that gave me the opportunity to take ownership of myself in my professional career. If I talk about an incident, my first project was successful. After that, I completed more projects successfully. Joining experience was memorable and exciting. During my training, Neelabh Sir guided me, which helped a lot. It was great because I had a supportive team and friendly colleagues. After my first year, my team lead and manager appreciated my work, and it felt really rewarding to receive an appreciation.

My first memory is my joining day. I’m happy to be part of Sarathi. After joining, I went to conduct a college campus event in Jan 2023, which was also memorable for me. Conducting Fun Friday activities has created sweet memories full of enjoyment, fun games, and interactions with all members. I also remember the day our team had a home-cooked food party, which I enjoyed a lot! Over the past years, different sessions were conducted by various team leads, which helped me improve a lot. Last year’s Christmas celebration and this year’s Women’s Day were memorable, especially Varsha ma’am’s speech, which was very nice. Everyone got a chance to learn something new and see different opportunities in different areas, which are greatly appreciated. Another memory is that we are currently playing badminton.

December 5, 2023: The day I felt my knowledge and skills come to good use. A release in which I contributed in a major way went live on production. It addressed a lot of issues that had been bugging the team for a while.

The amazing work environment one gets here is unmatchable. Free from all kinds of politics and micromanaging — what else can one expect?
The freedom and ownership one gets is truly worth appreciating.

The first time I met our client, Greg, was one of my most cherished memories. Greg was extremely understanding and patient with me. His kindness, gentleness, and down-to-earth nature made the entire experience extremely memorable. This interaction boosted my confidence; it also demonstrated how important effective communication is, as well as the value of genuine human connections in the professional world.

Throughout my tenure, there have been many good memories.

Professional: Making the project live during the COVID era and making many releases after we went live.

Personal: Enjoyed the participation that we had in the past and having many casual discussions with the team after work hours.

Recently, I’ve completed 7 months in Sarathi. As my corporate journey starts with Sarathi, the place of Sarathi in my heart will always remain special. I remember the day when the Sarathi team came to our college for the placement drive. From the aptitude test to the final technical round, all of those were happening to me for the very first time. So, I would love to say thank you, Sarathi, for giving me this opportunity.

Under the guidance of Ashwin Sir and my team members, I’m trying to improve myself. Our HR, Rohini Ma’am, is also a very nice person who held me up during this period. She knows what I meant to say.

Then I remember the Secret Santa game—I guess that was the first game I played with the Sarathians. Then came Fun Friday, and many more moments are yet to come!

The first time we went to play badminton at the court, fortunately, the game was not about winning or even following/knowing the rules of the game—it was about having fun. We played well over the time for which we had booked the court. I got to know my colleagues on a whole different level. It was not only a great team-building activity, but also an explosive and spontaneous experience.

Whenever we achieve automation in our processes or I learn something new from colleagues.

I personally liked the Secret Santa games played on Christmas Day last year. This year, I enjoyed my birthday celebration and the team-building activity—playing badminton with the EarnBill team! I also liked the felicitation program for Ashwin Kumar for completing 8 years at Sarathi.

My first Fun Friday was organized by Monika on the building’s terrace. I had a great time playing the three-legged race and many other games.

Joining Sarathi Softech has been a transformative journey filled with numerous enriching experiences. From the very beginning, the organization’s commitment to innovation, creativity, and continuous learning has stood out, making every moment here both enjoyable and rewarding.

One of the best memories since joining Sarathi is receiving an appreciation letter at the end of the year. This recognition of my creative efforts and contributions has not only boosted my confidence but also fostered a deep sense of belonging and motivation.

The culture of appreciation and support at Sarathi has been instrumental in making my experience truly memorable and creatively fulfilling.

One of my best memory was kid’s day celebration at sarathi. My son Vihan & I enjoyed a lot. At that time office environment was transformed into a cheerful space.

Having Kaustubh as a team leader was one of the best memory, helped in career growth, working on multiple technologies, having talks on technologies and many more.
